Reef Resort

The Reef Ocean View Resort is a bungalow-style resort on the beaches of Islamorada. Our resort will consists of 12 bungalows and 1 villa, which will be the Presidential suite. There will be 12 deluxe rooms that can convert into deluxe suites upon availability. We have chosen this style of resort in order to create an eco-friendly and energy efficient property. In order to implement Green Operating Activities property-wide, we will reduce operating costs and environmental impacts through reduced utility consumption, implementing recycling & employee training programs, as well as supply chain management. In order to meet and exceed these guidelines, we will focus on design and construction, materials and resources, chemicals and cleaning, and indoor air quality, amongst other things, in order to monitor and reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste disposal throughout the property. Our property will be built using Energy Star labeled appliances to meet our efficiency goals. Members from various departments of the resort will be in charge of overseeing the implementation and employee training of company guidelines.
