Our Restaurants
​As its status of ‘full-service’ resort, The Game has various food and beverage outlets for its guests. The main restaurant, Coral, is located in the main lodge of the property. This outlet offers fresh seafood from the Atlantic Ocean, and an assortment of 100% meat as well. The resort offers an on-the-beach dining experience as well. The Reef Shark is a full-functioning bar with a broad variety of appetizers. Surrounding the bar are smaller tiki huts where the beachgoers can enjoy the food and view.
The Food & Beverage department will consist of 2 Department Managers, 2 Restaurant Manager, 3 Chefs & 3 Head Cooks, 5 hostesses, and 5 waiters. These individuals will be divided between our four-course dining area and our on the water bar.
Our restaurants use top energy-saving appliances. With the use of Energy Star appliances, the kitchen will cut both utility and maintenance costs. Star appliances create their commercial food service products with energy saving material, which in turn assists the resort in reducing greenhouse gas emanations.
